The site is in a peaceful location in the middle of Stanstead Abbotts village, which has won Hertfordshire’s Best Kept Village competition.
There are excellent road and rail communications. Stanstead Abbotts is situated at the junction of the A414 and A10, and is close to the M25, M11, and A1(M). The WAGN Railway line from St. Margaret’s goes to London, Liverpool Street.
